Dear valued customers,
We are still seeing major delays with inbound cargo into the major Australian ports (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane).
For full transparency these are just some of the issues we are facing: Cargo is taking an extended period of time to become available for us to collect. The collection process is very manual, drivers wait for hours in the queue to check each and every shipment. Some that may show as “ready for collection” cannot be located. Units aren’t being broken down so while they may have landed, they are sitting in tact waiting to be broken down. There is no order as to what is being released to us (arrival dates, loose freight or unitised freight) If you have any upcoming shipments through Qantas we strongly suggest you send us your import documents before arrival, so we can continue to monitor as the online portal is not accurate.
Qantas have released an update on the delays which can be found on their website

Please bare with our team during this time, we are doing our utmost to try and collect cargo as soon as it becomes available.
How to calculate volumetric cargo?
CBM – cubic meter is calculated by multiplying length, width and height of packages of goods.
Meter = l × b × h = cubic meters.
Centimeters = l × b × h ÷ 10,00,000 = cubic meters.
For example, if the length, height and width of a cargo is 2.3 meters, 1.4meters and 2 meters respectively, the volume of cargo is 2.3 X 1.4 X 2.00 = 6.44 CBM
